As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to the balance. We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating  1kg of coffee beans  by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted.
